I built my ny compliant ar15 with a fixed 23rd mag permanently modified to a 10 Rd mag so at least it look normal. And I use a man loader to load my rifle without having to partially take it down.

Looks like it cuts down AK barrel whip greatly also!!!

I luv mine . It's really not uncomfortable to shoot at all I just bought my son an m&p for his birthday it's also compliant but u can't wrap ur thumb around grip has a guard . Haven't shot it yet but def feels diffrent. He might hafta change to something more like this stock to get rid of guard . It's no different than other rifles.

I live in NYC and I think the best option will be to just fix the mag in place and use a quick loader like the MEAN arms MA loader. That way you still get an adjustable stock and a normal pistol grip.

That bolt can be reversed for lefty shooters, and I believe the ejection port can be switched (not 100% sure). No need to send it away or buy anything new. That thing needs a red dot or tactical scope. Iron sights were designed as a secondary element. Still like the 21 over the 95.

Good points. I agree with your first reason why most CC. Makes them feel like a badass. The same guys that study Krav Maga for 10 years living under the illusion they're going to turn into Jason Bourne or John Wick when it gets real. But, what most CC people overlook is the fact that it's never going to be one on one. The chances of that is as good as winning the lottery. Any time it's one man against many....in a gunfight or empty-hand... As well, most CCW people have never been shot at. They've never been in that situation. At most they've gone to weekend tactics seminars taught by alleged ex-SPEC OPS guys (why would the reveal they were SPEC OPS and risk certain groups finding them for pay back?). Just like the Karate "expert" that's never been hit or stepped in as ring. And thinks he's now a lethal weapon with his 1st degree black belt. Spending years training in one on one controlled sparring. :) In the same class. 2 nights a week.

I Love the idea and reasons behind this proposal. Audubon Jr. High had armed security in 1989 The only problem that I have with this is the same problem America has with the law enforcement hiring process. It's not a few bad apples getting in. Teachers like Police have had a very perverse recorded history already on the books for decades. I will post an example for those of you that just woke up today.
